Most of our services are carried out on a "Fixed price" basis, and in most cases we have a MAXIMUM fee of 2 hours for and repair carried out on a computer brought into our workshop.
What makes us qualified to perform may of the tasks. Simply put MANY MANY years of experience PLUS all the certifications we have acquired over these years.
Look at many local ads, and anyone offering PC services all state that they have "MCP", but what is "MCP", this stands for "Microsoft Certified Professional" to get this you need to prove you have the competence in the chosen subject studied. Its ONE exam, Us on the other hand have progressed far beyond this simple status all the way up to MCSE+I, to acquire this certification took NINE separate exams.
Other qualifications include "MCNE" "Master Certified Novell Engineer". IBM Warranty Service Engineer, AST Field Service Engineer.

BUT being legal does not necessary mean being more expensive, in fact our charges are comparable with most if not all the fly by night cowboys out there, we all know the one's just out for a quick buck, that you can never get hold of when something goes wrong.
